We’ve tried to answer some of the most commonly asked questions about coliving at Casa Mundo & Garden House
Coliving is for people who enjoy living with others and like being part of a community. We share our living space to build relationships, share experiences and grow as a community.
The average age of our guests is between 22 and 36. However, we also have guests who are much younger or older, because age matters less than attitude and the joy of living in a community.
Under 18 age are welcome to visit, but cannot move in.

Your booking will be processed through the booking channel you use (Airbnb, booking.com etc.) or directly with us by banking transfer.
We do not accept payments for your accommodation on site or cash payments of any kind.
Your payment includes your overnight for the number of nights booked, a properly cleaned room stocked with a freshly made bed when you arrive. Also included is free WIFI in the whole building, the essential (water, electricity, TV cable). The room is neither being cleaned nor restocked during your stay unless you book an extra cleaning/restocking.

Cancellation conditions & Refunds
Cancellation Policy
Bookings through other platforms (Airbnb, Booking.com, etc.):
Refer to the cancellation policy of the platform where you made your booking.
Long-term bookings:
Free cancellation up to 60 days before departure.
50% refund of the security deposit if you cancel 30 days before departure.
No refund if you cancel 30 days or less before departure.
Non-refundable rate:
Early departure policy:
If you leave earlier than your scheduled departure date, you may be charged for the full stay or a percentage of the remaining nights.
No-show policy:
If you do not show up and do not cancel, you will be charged for the first night of your stay.
